Shop confidently with Pandion Direct. Sealed, same condition products are eligible for full refund within 30 days of date of shipment. All items must be in the same condition as received, purchased from Pandion Direct, and approved for return to our warehouse.
We cannot accept items that have been opened or partially used unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
- What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Don’t worry, you’re covered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be refunded upon receipt and processing of the product. If an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- How do I request a return?
To return an item, please contact Customer Service (mailto: email@example.com) with order number and reason for return. Our Team will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions on shipping the item(s) back.
All authorized returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
